Working now
All of this is in the product today. Sign up and it is there.
- The queue
- Walk-ins, a live wait, call next, no-shows, and a printable QR poster for your counter.
- Your team
- Add your staff, give each of them their own login, and let customers ask for someone by name.
- Services and prices
- What you offer and what it costs. Put several services on one ticket. Hide prices if you price in the chair.
- The floor
- Draw your chairs, basins and rooms. See at a glance who is sitting where and who is running over.
- Your numbers
- What you took, who came back, your busiest hours, and how many people gave up waiting.
- Your customers
- Everyone who has been in, what they spend, and when they were last here.
Building next
Roughly in this order. The ones nearer the top are the ones shops ask for most.
- Appointments
- Take a booking for three o'clock without it messing up the walk-in queue. The hard part is the queue staying honest, which is why it has not shipped yet.
- Tell a customer it is their turn on the app they already have open.
- More than one branch
- One login, every shop you own, and one screen that compares them.
- Sign in with Google
- One less password to remember on the day you set up.
- Restaurants
- The same queue, counting tables and party size instead of chairs.
- Suggest regulars
- Start typing a name at the counter and we fill in the rest.
Not doing
Each of these was a decision, not an oversight. If one of them is what you need, this is probably not the right product for you — better you know now.
- Text messages
- Every message costs money and that cost always reaches your bill. We use the web instead.
- An app to install
- A customer waiting ten minutes will not download anything. A link works everywhere.
- Accounts for customers
- No password, no email, no sign-up. Fewer steps means more people join the line.
- Taking payments
- You already have a way to get paid. We are not trying to replace it.
Missing something your shop needs? Tell us. With a product this young, one shop asking is usually enough to move it up the list.
