Will you send my customers text messages?

No. Text messages cost money for every one sent, and that cost always ends up in the price. We show the wait on their phone instead.

What if my shop has no internet for a while?

The queue lives online, so you need a connection to run it. Most shops use the phone in their pocket if the wifi stops.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. No contract and no notice period. On the free plan there is nothing to cancel at all.
